Martin has worked in financial services since 1993, following his graduation from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
He started his career working as an adviser for a number of UK life assurance companies before moving into the Independent Financial Advice sector in 2000. Martin decided to establish Ten Wealth Management in 2009 to ensure he could continue to provide a bespoke and high quality service to a limited number of clients and their families.
He is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager, holder of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has recently passed The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Certificate for Financial Services.
Married to Tracy, and with two teenage daughters, his spare time is spent with his family and the occasional escape to the golf firstname.lastname@example.org
Tracy has been working in the financial services industry since 1991 - initially as an Administration Assistant for a national life company and later as Branch Administration Manager. She married Martin in 2000 and joined his successful IFA business where her role changed to Compliance Monitoring Officer.
Tracy's varied role includes day-to-day financial management, organising client events and seminars, as well as responsibility for ensuring Ten Wealth Management remains compliant and adheres to ever changing Financial Services legislation.
Tracy enjoys her family time and most weekends are spent with their horses, either competing herself at equestrian events or at Pony Club events with her email@example.com
Kris has worked in financial services as an adviser since 2004 for many well-known UK banks before moving to Ten Wealth Management in 2016.
He is an Associate member of the Personal Finance Society, a Chartered Financial Planner, holder of the prestigious Private Client Investment Advice and Management qualification and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Married to Alexandra, and with two young sons, he enjoys spending his time with his family, using his home gym and is an RFU accredited Head Coach for his eldest child's rugby firstname.lastname@example.org
Claire has worked in Financial Services since 2006, previously working for other Independent Financial Advisers.
Claire enjoys the day to day administration and variety of her role, which includes the implementation of investment portfolio changes and maintenance of client records.
Since joining Ten Wealth Management Claire has taken and passed the Chartered Insurance Institute qualification in Pensions Administration and now holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services (QCF).

Kayleigh joined the Ten Wealth team in May 2018 and provides administration support alongside Claire.
She enjoys the day-to-day challenges of this role and the different aspects of each working day.

Alex joined the Ten Wealth team in September 2014. He previously graduated from the University of Bradford in April 2014 after obtaining a Business & Management degree.
Alex is greatly enjoying the challenges of working within the financial industry and is currently studying towards a Certificate in Paraplanning.
As a research assistant his day-to-day activities include undertaking product and investment research, as well as collating data and preparing client reports.

Joe joined the Ten Wealth team in July 2019 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University where he obtained a First Class Honours degree in Economics, International Finance and Banking.
Joe is enjoying his first role in the financial industry and currently studying for the UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics exam.
As a research assistant his day-to-day activities include undertaking product and investment research, as well as collating data and helping to prepare client reports.
Outside of work he enjoys watching a variety of sports, films and regularly goes to the gym.
